We're currently building an AI-native nutrition tracking app. Logging what you eat has always been the part people quit — so we handed that job to the model instead of the user. It's in development now.
Before this, we shipped Gonzy, a CRM built for the people running marketing agencies rather than for their sales teams.
We teach developers how to code with AI, work alongside agents, and build workflow automation that holds up outside a demo.
Most of it comes back to one problem: getting an AI coding tool to actually understand what you're trying to build. That's the gap between a tool that generates code and one that ships software, and it's what most of the teaching is aimed at.
The work is public on YouTube at @iamseankochel.
